How do I make a return?

Register your return online!
Returns can be made within 30 days after your order has been dispatched.
We strive to always improve our processes and have therefore replaced the physical papers; return labels and shipping notes with digital documents, available for print out if needed. This way we can avoid paper documents going directly into the bin, creating additional waste for our customers.
Countries that are eligible for a return label, will retrieve one after registering a return.
For returns outside of the EU, a prefilled commercial invoice will be generated when you register a return.

All returned goods must be packed in their undamaged original packaging (e.g. shoe box, plastic bag or product packaging). All accessories or manuals should also be included. Please use the original outer packaging that your order arrived in when you make your return.

Kindly note that it is not allowed to tape any documents or labels directly to the product. Packaging (inner packaging). The right to return does not apply to goods that have been washed, used or are damaged. If you have received a damaged product or wish to file a claim, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. 

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right to return does not apply to underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles or hair accessories. Exceptions are made for breastfeeding bras (when tried on with a breastfeeding insert) and swimwear (if tested with underwear).

The right to return does not apply to mounted strollers or car seats, due to safety reasons. You do, however, have the right to open the box and look over the product (e.g. the color). If you are uncertain whether the right to return applies or not, please contact our customer service for assistance.

For countries that receive a return label, please note that you will be charged a return cost when using the return label. The cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is registered at our warehouse.

Note: You as the customer have the financial responsibility of ensuring your return is on its way to us. Please make sure to request a receipt when you return the package or save the tracking ID.

Note: For all countries outside of the EU, please make sure to fill out the commercial invoice supplied with your order and attach it to the outside of the package.

It is possible to return multiple orders in one package, however, please make sure to include all order numbers in the package.

You will be refunded the standard shipping fee if you return your entire order, register the return within 14 days after it has been delivered and if you live in a country that is a member of the European Union. You are still obligated to pay for the return fee if you are returning items from a country which does not qualify for free returns.

What additional information do I need to include when making a return from a country outside of the EU?

For returns outside of the EU you will need to fill out the commercial invoice, supplied with your order and attach to the outside of the parcel.

Please make sure to also add our Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI) SE5566991542.

The number can be added anywhere on the commercial invoice.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchanges can be made within 30 days after your order has been dispatched.

How to handle your exchange: 

•  Register your exchange via the button above.

•  Pack the products carefully and seal the return package. 

• Fill out the commercial invoice and attach it to the outside of the parcel if your return is sent from the outside of the EU. 

• If you received a return label, drop off the package with the courier that is stated on the label. Otherwise you can take it to any courier of your choice and send the package to:

Once we have received the returned package and registered it at our warehouse your new size(s) will be sent out. 


All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging and the tags must still be attached. You may not tape or paste anything directly on the product's original packaging.

The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods which has been used or with broken seals / without tags. The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, and hair accessories items due to health or hygiene reasons, Exceptions are made for returns of a breastfeeding bra where you have tried it with a breastfeeding insert. Swimwear can be returned / exchanged if tested with underwear and if the hygiene liner is still attached.

NOTE! You as the customer has the financial responsibility for your shipment coming to us. Please note the package ID of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?

As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment option you specified when purchasing. It may take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
 
If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the return label on the couriers website.
If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.
 
PLEASE NOTE: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product no matter if it is bought on sale or at full price.

Offers that generate a discount when you shop for a certain amount does not apply if you decide to return items. You will not be able to keep your discount if the items you keep add up to an amount lower than the threshold.
For example, The offer states that if you buy for $100, you
receive a discounted price of $20.
You buy for $140 and than return items for $50, this gives ut
the total amount of $90 which is below the threshold. You do not keep your
discount in this case.If you have used an offer,
for example ”buy 3 pay for 2” and you wish to return one item, you have to
return all items. This offer is a package deal and you will not be able to keep
that offer if you return an item.
